About
VortexPin Play started as a shared chat between four friends who kept sending each other screenshots of games we couldn't stop playing on the bus. At some point the notes got long enough to become a proper site, and here we are. Nobody pays us to like anything.,We're independent. That means we pick games because they look interesting, weird, or genuinely fun — not because someone asked us to feature them. Every review comes from someone who put real time into the game, not a press kit skim.,When we choose what to cover, we mix things up on purpose. One week it's a slow city builder, the next it's a twitchy arcade racer. We care about how a game feels in your hands: touch response, how it handles on older phones, and whether it drains your battery in twenty minutes.,We write the way we'd explain a game to a friend. If something's clunky, we say so. If a control scheme is a mess, we tell you which setting fixes it. That's the whole idea.
